Byrd Shelix Head for Ridgid R4331 Planer (bearings included)

The Byrd Shelix Cutterhead for the Ridgid R4331 is a direct drop in.  Each head comes with a full set of cutters, a few extra cutters, hand tool and a set of bearings.

Note: The R4331 head will not fit in the machine with the cutters installed or the bearings installed.  Becasue each head is tested at the factory they all ship with the cutters installled so they would have to be removed and put back on after the head is in the machine.  The cutters require a torque setting of 45 inch pounds so a proper torque wrench would be needed.  There should be paperwork in the box but let us know if you need instructions and proper torque settings.
