At Holbren, we are committed to providing fast, reliable and low cost shipping options to ensure your items arrive promptly and in excellent condition. We extend our shipping discounts to our customers and do not make profit on shipping. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time
- Orders received by 4PM EST are typically processed same day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping: We offer low cost options from USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground service
- Expedited Shipping: I quicker delivery is needed, we offer Priority Mail service which is typically 2-3 days but only UPS is guaranteed
- Overnight Shipping: If overnight is a requirement, UPS Next Day is your best option. We do not offer USPS Express Mail as it is not guaranteed.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to most countries. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor its progress.
Delays & Issues
- While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen delays may occur. Please contact us if your shipment is delayed, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable. If your package shows a label generated but no movement in the USPS system, give it time they don't always scan in the packages.
